Barcelona Downed by PSG as Mbappe Steals the Show

Enrique's Former Club Eliminated in Pulsating Clash

Mbappe's Double Leads PSG to 4-1 Second-Leg Victory

Kylian Mbappe was the star of the show as Paris Saint-Germain came from behind to secure a resounding 4-1 victory over Barcelona in the second leg of their UEFA Champions League quarterfinal on Wednesday. The French forward scored twice, including a stunning solo effort, as PSG advanced to the semi-finals with a 5-2 aggregate victory.

Barcelona, who had won the first leg 3-2, took the lead in the 13th minute through Romário, but PSG equalized just three minutes later when Mbappe capitalized on Samuel Umtiti's mistake. The visitors then took control of the game, with Messi and Neymar creating numerous chances.

Mbappe put PSG ahead for the first time in the 32nd minute, finishing off a fine passing move involving Angel Di Maria and Lionel Messi. The 22-year-old then sealed the victory with a brilliant individual goal in the 64th minute, dribbling past several Barca defenders before firing into the bottom corner.

Barcelona's hopes of a comeback were further dented when Jordi Alba was sent off for a second bookable offense in the 69th minute. The hosts continued to push forward, but PSG's defense held firm, with Gianluigi Donnarumma making several key saves.

PSG will now face either Bayern Munich or Liverpool in the semi-finals.
