Federal Skilled Trades Program (FSTP): The FSTP caters to individuals with skilled trades work experience in Canada in occupations designated under the National Occupational Classification (NOC) skill level B. Canadian Experience Class (CEC): The CEC is designed for international students and temporary foreign workers who have gained valuable work experience in Canada.
